If so, this might be the job for you. We are looking for an ambitious Quality and Product Development Manager who can lead our QA team in developing our daily nonfood products.

Key responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of the management group handling our Private Brand daily nonfood products for the Nordic market. You will lead a team of six dedicated Product Specialists with the main responsibility of ensuring the safety, functionality, sustainability, and appeal of our product portfolio. As the main driver behind the portfolio development, you will achieve and maintain our position as a leader in quality within Private Brands. Therefore, you need to have an eye for key quality indicators for consumers and insight into the legislative framework. You will use this insight when motivating the team and setting the direction for product development.

Your tasks are wide-ranging, but overall, you will work with the following:

  • Leading a team of product specialists to ensure high competence and continuous development.
  • Setting the direction for quality assurance and product development in daily nonfood to achieve our ambitious goals of delivering world-class Private Brand products for the Nordic market.
  • Managing collaboration with our stakeholders in the Nordic countries.
  • Ensuring that our Private Brand products are at the forefront in terms of quality, legislation and sustainability.
  • Developing our tools and processes to support efficiency and quality in everything we do.
  • Playing an active role in developing our strategy for daily nonfood products and our business.
  • Serving as the scientific and technical sparring partner for your colleagues in category and brand.


You recognize yourself in the following:

  • A strong technical background with a passion for leadership.
  • A degree in engineering, chemistry or similar profession.
  • More than 3 years of management experience, most likely within QA or Product Development.
  • Experience of working with FMCG, either daily nonfood or food.
  • Experience in working with legislation relevant for daily nonfood.
  • A "one step ahead" and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo to find efficient and optimal solutions in our ways of working.
  • Excellent skills within stakeholder management, communication and collaboration.
  • A leader who can motivate and guide your highly qualified technical team of Product Specialists.
  • Thrive in a busy and developing environment.
  • Determined to meet goals and budgets, and have a structured approach to finding the best solutions.
