Situated in Interacoustics in Middelfart, you become part of ’s Danish recruitment task force. Here you help our colleagues in Interacoustics, , Oticon, and Audika find the employees of tomorrow.

Joining our team, you will be a valued part of ’s international HR function. Working out of Interacoustics’ office in Middelfart, you will have two local HR colleagues that work within the area of HR business partnering and HR admin.
However, as part of the Danish recruitment group, you will have 10 TA colleagues and app. 40 other HR colleagues from our HQ in Smørum. Together we cooperate to deliver an exciting array of HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of our companies in DK and abroad.
You can look forward to a very independent and self-governed position. You will get full, exclusive responsibility for your recruitment processes from a-z.
Realizing that we are often targeting a highly sought-after candidate segment with some of the most specialized professionals (from various business areas) out there, you will have to be creative to get the contracts signed.
Some days you will be doing active headhunting on LinkedIn and other days you will plan employer branding activities to be top of mind in the target group.
You conduct all first and second round interviews with relevant candidates and give psychometric test feedback.
The sky is the limit, and we welcome initiative, dedication, and ideas for how to catch the big fish!
Effective people and communication skills
To thrive and grow in your new position, we hope that you have substantial experience with talent acquisition, ideally from a company within medical devices, pharma or similar. If you have experience from a recruitment agency that is an extra advantage.
You are efficient when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to maneuver in an ocean of candidates, hiring managers, and potential leads.
You know how to communicate – both when you interview candidates, write catchy job ads, or plan and execute employer branding activities.
As a person, you are characterized by being highly engaged, humorous and informal.
