Your position
In your on-shore position as Senior Process Engineer / Process Engineer in the Consulting Services team you will be a valuable member of a dedicated team whose mission is to support our clients to achieve success in their energy projects within energy infrastructure, oil & gas, offshore wind, and Power-to-X.
Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or at one of our locations in Copenhagen, Poland or UK.
The position is full-time and 10 - 50 travel days per year offshore and onshore to clients should be expected.

- Develop, design, and implement genetic algorithms and processes to optimize energy production and distribution.
- Analyse existing energy processes and identify areas for improvement using genetic methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genetic solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular evaluation and revision of genetic algorithms to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the development of new energy solutions based on genetic principles and data analysis.

Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Senior Process Engineers / Process Engineers who are passionate about project controls and wants to leave their personal mark on the tasks. You have proactive and organized approach to your work and are eager to contribute to our clients and your team's success.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Solid experience with genetic algorithms and optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of energy production, distribution, and operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at a professional level.
