The position
The Project Risk Manager for the Transformation Management Office (TMO) will be responsible for leading risk management across projects within Integrated Quality. Furthermore, the Risk Manager will ensure the standard for Risk Management across Integrated Quality is defined and implemented.
The TMO is responsible for strategic portfolio management, project execution, change and risk management across the Integrated Quality units, developing capability and resource management models, establishing strategic KPIs, as well as development of processes, dashboards and tools needed for ensuring coordination and transparency across the different teams in the area.
Your responsibility
  • Develop, implement and maintain risk management process, procedures and tools
  • Establish and reinforce general risk management understanding and capabilities
  • Drive risk assessment workshops to proactively identify and manage risks across projects
  • Generate and review risk analysis reports, making strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Master’s degree in science, engineering, business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as risk manager in a regulated environment within a global organization
  • Proven success in application of risk management across programs and projects
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

    About the department The TMO is part of Integrated Quality, an area that comprises around 300 highly skilled Quality professionals based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and Bangalore, India. The primary objective of IQ is to develop and maintain our QMS, which promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. The responsibilities of this department include process ownership of core quality processes, ownership and support of major quality-relevant IT systems, driving major cross-organizational improvement projects for Quality, and IT Quality.
