  • Coordinate with different functions to find ways to reduce patient impact of drug shortages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the full value chain (commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory affairs, communication, etc.), and draw informed conclusions to address this critical issue.
  • Prepare and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Shape the role and develop the team.
  • Qualifications You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, regulatory, compliance, and/or consulting, preferably having has exposure to life science. In addition, you are expected to have:
  • A master’s degree.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent data presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance getting input and make clear and concise recommendations in both spoken and written English.
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy taking lead. You are curious, ambitious, and critical, and prioritization comes naturally. You can build trust and influence at different organizational levels. You flourish when immersed in an international atmosphere, thriving in such an environment. About the Department The team is part of [xxxxx]’s Supply Chain & Business Development area and works together in particular with colleagues in Regulatory Affairs, Communication, and our Commercial organization to mitigate drug shortages and communicate with health authorities.
