Senior Business Process Manager

Do you have an eye for simplifying business processes and facilitate optimization of frictionless data flow across systems?

You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our Sales Tools (B2B-Portal), D2C Landscape, PIM and PLM systems and thrive in constantly improving our business processes to make us “Easy to do business with”.

In this exciting role as our new Senior Business Process Manager, you will help translate business requests into tangible requirements for implementation of new processes or system changes.

You will be working from the Liewood head office in Copenhagen and be an important part of our (BUSO) Business solutions and IT department referring to our COO.

An understanding of business process management and system architecture is key for this position.

OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Simplify and automate business processes to make Liewood an ‘Easy to do business’ wit
  
  
• To be a business partner who thinks about service and always talks solutions.
  
  
• Translate Business requests into tangible requirements for implementation, validating the need of process or system changes and scoping and driving the implementation.
  
  
• Ensure Our Sales Tools (B2B-Portal), D2C Landscape and PIM and PLM system solutions are always up to date (system upgrades)
  
  
• Be the subject matter expert on Sales Tools, PIM and PLM System as well as on product data flows across systems
  
  
• Propose, set up and drive projects to simplify and automate business processes
  
  
• High-level knowledge of system architecture to support product data flow in the system landscape

• Create business cases for improvement opportunities (Saving time, costs, improve customer experience, data quality, reporting etc.)
  
  
• Align business requirements with internal stakeholders and be the system expert to orchestrate and translate those to the process flows and system landscape
  
  
• Work together with several tech vendors on maintenance and improvement projects
  
  
• Facilitate optimization of frictionless data flow across systems
  
  
• User administration and license management for PLM + PIM systems

You have:

• Business Process Management experience, preferrably with a focus on sales tools or sales-facing processes
  
  
• Experience within different types of business systems and a basic understanding of system architecture
  
  
• Very good understanding of standard sales processes
  
  
• Good understanding of customer journeys and basic understanding of User Experience
  
  
• Good understanding of product data, and dataflows across systems
  
  
• Product lifestyle Management understanding is considered a bonus
  
  
• A professional proficiency in English
  
  
• A master's Degree in a relevant field
