As a Patient Voice Strategy Manager you will play a vital role in developing our internal patient voice strategies, and you will be also oversee and coordinate research conducted with patients. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Generate and lead Patient Voice strategies with a cross-functional team in key therapeutic areas; ensuring regular reporting to senior management
  • Participate in relevant internal forums and workstreams to provide advise and direction to incorporate the Patient Voice, and drive reflection and alignment with business objectives.
  • Disseminate knowledge and ensure adoption of Patient Voice related topics across the organisation
  • Represent [xxxxx] in various forums relating to Patient Voice in Research & Development
  • Interact with vendors to help execute some of the tactical work defined in the strategies

    Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • A MSc. degree in life science, social science or other relevant fields
  • Experience in patient focused drug development
  • Experience in qualitative research is of benefit
  • Understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and the patient experience, including patient engagement
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with different departments and stakeholders to develop and implement patient engagement strategies.
  • The ideal candidate for this position should possess a set of skills that will enable them to plan and execute patient engagement initiatives effectively. This includes strong project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should be able to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative patient engagement solutions. Finally, strong analytical skills are required to evaluate the effectiveness of patient engagement strategies and make data-driven decisions. As a person you are motivated to drive new initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. You have a high degree of independence to set direction and deliver results in close collaboration with other experts. You enjoy identifying better practice across the industry and improve these. You are a team player who takes responsibility and ensures an excellent cross functional collaboration internally and externally. Also, you need to be flexible enough to easily adapt to changes, as our area is developing rapidly.
