We are looking for a Technical Service and Production Controller to join us as soon as possible and take an important role as the responsible for the management of the Tech Service department and financial controlling of our aircraft related maintenance activities in our facilities in Sønderborg and Billund, Denmark

We are looking for a Technical Service and Production Controller to join us as soon as possible and take an important role as the responsible for the management of the Tech Service department and financial controlling of our aircraft related maintenance activities in our facilities in Sønderborg and Billund, Denmark
Your principal responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day to day activity Tech-Service department
- Manage the projects with the team and insure production flow
- Calculate maintenance costs for potential project
- Coordinate with the Accountable Manager and Base Maintenance Manager quotations and hangar slots
- Prepare monthly reports for the technical department
- Follow up with the Tech Serivce team on the ongoing projects and insure customer approvals
- Invoice all maintenance activities in Sønderborg & Billund
- Controlling of manhours produced in Sønderborg & Billund
- Financial controlling and after calculation of maintenance projects Sønderborg & Billund
Qualifictions / Minimum Requirements:
- Managing experience
- Aircraft knowledge
- Project Management experience
- Financial control experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently across the organization and with both internal and external stake holders
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy
