We are looking for a Global Senior Business Analyst, who knows their way around an international (IT-)company and can operate within a multi-cultural environment. You will be combining your hands-on experience, persistence, passion, and empathy to drive business insights that provide global business value for Milestone. As a person, you understand the ins and outs of processes and you’ll seamlessly connect data-driven insights and assess the impact of any changes.

Drive, refine, optimize, and anchor global strategic insights to improve sales performance Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand process intricacies Maintain and develop Power BI reports/dashboards Continuously help ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for our sales reports, insights, and processes (primarily Power BI and Salesforce) Act as subject matter expert on sales insights-related tasks in strategic projects

Your Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience You preferably hold a master’s degree or equivalent You are an expert in delivering complex quantitative and qualitative analysis in an easy-to-understand way with clear recommendations to senior leadership teams You have solid experience with sales insights from a go-to-market perspective and are able to operate from both a tactical and strategic point of view covering areas such as incentive models, pricing, and discounting You are experienced within stakeholder management and can easily maneuver across different cultures and different parts of an organization You are a superuser in Power BI (or similar), as well as Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce is an advantage Experience with process mapping is an advantage You speak and write English at professional or higher level. English is our company language, and it is not a requirement that you speak Danish
