The Role: As a Sales Tools Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Salesforce platform and related applications to drive sales growth and increase productivity. This maternity cover position, lasting 12 -14 months and starting August 1st 2024, requires a hands-on approach to process optimization and stakeholder management within a multicultural environment. You will collaborate closely with your team colleagues, our Salesforce Super-users and cross-functional teams to ensure global standardization and alignment of sales processes and tools.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce-related tasks and projects. With emphasis on user training and facilitation of user-focused “what’s-in-it for-me” communication.
  • Ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for sales applications and processes.
  • Facilitate cross-company process and tools alignment.
  • Collaborate with IT in an agile setting to implement scalable solutions.

  • Solid understanding of sales mechanisms and ability to translate process understanding into tools and system requirements.
  • Experience working closely with IT in an agile setting.
  • Proven track record of participating in large projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English.
