The Department and the Team:
The Infrastructure Services team, part of Global IT, Enterprise Platform Delivery, consists of 11 senior specialists within IT infrastructure disciplines located in Bulgaria and Denmark. We deliver the IT infrastructure services platform at Milestone systems and offer a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and implement changes to the internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. Collaborate with other IAM engineers to define the technology strategy for the internal IAM area. Act as an escalation point for resolving incidents and problems related to IAM. Manage vendor relationships and technology consultancy. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

A typical day at Milestone / Daily Tasks:
Conduct technical assessments of IAM-related business requests. Develop technology changes following Agile methodology and best practices. Ensure company IAM tools are up-to-date and follow vendor best practices. Implement changes into production and communicate them effectively. Work on complex incidents and problems related to IAM technologies. Stay informed about technology trends in the IAM area. Collaborate with consultants from Omada and Microsoft.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with identity federation, privileged access management, and directory services. Familiarity with cloud based IAM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID). Understanding of Zero Trust security models. Knowledge of IAM technologies and standards (e.g., SAML, LDAP). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for IAM automation. Curiosity about other IT infrastructure technologies. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
