As our new Personal Assistant, you'll be a key player in supporting the Vice President (VP) and our Regional Service Center (RSC) in EMEA. We're on a mission to be the best RSC at Novo Nordisk, and we need your expertise to get there.
Your main tasks will be:
  • Calendar management for the VP, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements etc.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops and events within the VP area, including preparing the agenda, taking minutes and actions, and following up on agreed action points
  • Support with Monthly follow-up, consolidation and reporting on budget and liaise with the controller
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding of new employees in the area
  • Additionally, you'll have the exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our administrative processes. You'll be a vital support to the VP and the team with a variety of ad hoc tasks, ensuring smooth operations. You'll also join a group of personal assistants within the broader GPOS area, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Qualifications
    We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • 3+ years of experience from a similar position within administration and supportive roles
  • Excellent IT skills incl. MS Office and NN IT systems like askHR, portal2people, SuccessFactors, ISOtrain, SAP
  • Preferably solid HR knowledge
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Preferably experience with numbers and budgets
  • As a person you have a proactive mindset with an ability to work independently with a high level of personal integrity. Your approach to your tasks is structured and with a quality mindset and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities and tight deadlines. About the Department
    You will support the Vice President of RSC Europe, based in Denmark, as well as the VP area of RSC EMEA, which includes service centres in Denmark and Poland, along with a few employees in other countries.
