As the Senior IT Partner in Local Manufacturing (LM) at Novo Nordisk, your role focuses on steering and guiding IT initiatives, across multiple sites worldwide. Your role encompasses defining IT priorities and overseeing the IT governance framework within the CVP area. You will advocate and provide guidance for IT compliance in the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide strategic IT guidance to the CVP management team, ensuring seamless coordination with local IT resources. Managing the expectations of Line of Business (LoB) and end-users will be crucial, alongside actively facilitating risk management collaboration and assessing the need for system upgrades and expanded capacity. In summary, you will play a pivotal role in propelling technological advancement, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation and instructions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing IT operations and overseeing project execution, both individually and through the IT teams based in each of the LM Sites

  • Ensuring alignment with the line of business and facilitating coordination across the CVP area

  • Aiding and supervising the execution of the IT Portfolio across the CVP area

  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting and providing insights within IT operations and compliance

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders engaging with the IT team, ensuring that tasks are addressed with the appropriate resources and expertise

  • Please note this is a global role and it might require some number of travels. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with applied experience in IT operations, IT compliance or IT Project Management

  • The ability to align IT strategies and solutions across the business area combined with an expertise in strengthening the IT & Digitalization network across our sites

  • Experience with production, IT projects, and administration of IT systems

  • Documented ISO and cGMP understanding and knowledge of GAMP

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • On a personal level, you are a professional with a high degree of personal integrity and an independent point of view. You demonstrate initiative, and readiness for change as well as excellent communication skills. You proactively adapt quickly to new situations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in international setting. About the department
