Qualifications To thrive and succeed in the role, you should have:

A PhD and/or MD with minimum 6 years of experience from pharma, biotech or equivalent.

A strong background in clinical pharmacology and experience in running clinical development activities.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a person you are highly independent, flexible and proactive. You have great communication skills and take responsibility, have a high-quality mindset and can maintain an overview also under time pressure.
