The position As our new Supply Chain Quality Professional, you will be responsible for handling change requests related to optimizing and implementing new supply chains. Your main activities include:
  • Taking the lead on driving the change process whenever changes are identified
  • Writing (author) the change request, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and authority requirements
  • Collaborating closely and understanding the needs of many of our key suppliers & internal stakeholders such as material scientists, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Ensuring that the needed actions are implemented with internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting clear direction to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and quality improvement
  • In this role, you can also expect to take part in complex projects introducing new materials and new suppliers as well as take part in improving our own internal processes and our quality mindset. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we believe you:
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Science, Pharma, or another relevant field
  • Demonstrate practical experience in a similar role, coupled with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GMP regulations
  • Possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Showcase fluency in both written and spoken English
  • It would be considered as a plus if you have previous experience with raw materials and/or packaging materials within the pharmaceutical industry, as well as expertise in quality, working with either deviations or change requests. On a personal level, you are independent and proactive. You possess great stakeholder management skills, are ambitious, self-driven, and a quick learner. Last but not least, you are a structured person with an eye for important details. About the Department Inbound Supply Management is part of the SoOp, responsible for planning, purchasing, distributing, and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into our productions worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure a reliable supply of quality products (raw and packaging materials) in regulatory compliance, sustainable, and at a competitive cost to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites globally.
