The position As a department assistant, you will step into a stimulating and dynamic environment, where you will primarily provide administrative support to both areas. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Supporting teams with business processes, including efficient calendar management and active participation in annual processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Act as a proxy/delegate for managers in relevant IT-systems
  • Assisting in line of business (LoB) budget planning and subsequent monitoring
  • Involvement in HR management and general administrative support, such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Contributing to the organizational development of the areas, including the maintenance of internal communication platforms to promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • In this role you will also be supporting cross-functional teams in the design, development and implementation of strategic change projects endorsed by management, as well as numerous cross-functional business processes. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Flair for IT with knowledge of MS 365 (including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
  • As an individual, you are flexible, proactive, open-minded, and a dedicated team player with a strong desire to take on responsibilities and collaborate closely with other assistants within and outside the department. You are quick to learn, eager to gain business understanding, and possess excellent communication skills. You can work independently, approach tasks with a well-structured mindset, and maintain a clear overview even when under pressure. About the department R&D Quality is responsible for quality across the R&D organisation. The area is divided in 6 departments: R&D Quality Operations, Clinical Quality, Device and Delivery Solutions Quality, Strategy & IT Quality, R&D Business Ethics & Data Privacy and an R&D Quality team in Bangalore. In R&D Business Ethics & Data Privacy we work with laws and regulations to secure compliance within these and adjacent areas. We are a team of dedicated specialists, who all share the passion for compliance. We are responsible for governing and operationalising internal and external business & data ethics and data privacy requirements and support the global R&D organisation on how to mitigate compliance risks. The Strategy & IT Quality team has two roles. In IT Quality we provide compliance support to IT projects and systems across the R&D organization as well as assisting with audits and inspections. The strategy team is responsible for the strategy formulation and follow-up for the whole R&D Quality department.
