The positions As Associate Manager for Equipment Support, you will have the responsibility for approximately 19 dedicated employees with broad professional experience. The team is a mix of academics and technicians who deals with maintenance, keeping the validated state and operational optimization of our process equipment in the tablet production. Your role will be to set the direction and ensure a high professional structure and standard in close collaboration with the team. The focus is on ensuring optimal uptime on equipment and thus a stable operation, which is done in close collaboration with other support teams and a close collaboration with the department's operating operators. As Associate Manager, you are visible and present to your employees, and you work closely with your team to raise the professional level and ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation. Together, you create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration across, creativity and independent employees. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • a technical/mechanical background and/or an engineering background and you are passionate about leadership.
  • leadership experience and a leadership toolbox
  • experience from the pharmaceutical industry or any other regulated industry,
  • it is an advantage if you also have knowledge about ensuring the operation of production equipment – but this is not a demand.
  • As a leader, you are motivated by creating community and commitment, and you are authentic in your leadership. You have a natural interest in technology and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why the LEAN mindset is a natural part of your leadership. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication, and able to realize your decisions. You also have experience in creating high team commitment and collaborating environments - both internally in your team and across the organization. You have an eye for both the details and the big picture, and you are able to work with both short-term problem solutions and long-term organizational development. About the department OFP is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of [xxxxx]’s 43,000 employees. In OFP we are more than 1000 dedicated employees in Måløv and the area is still growing. The department Bulk F1 will by the end of the year consist of 350 employees, divided into two sub-departments led by senior managers which will be your direct manager.
