Company Overview: With a dynamic team of 6 key employees and 25 facilitators, we are creating a new normal for mental and physical health through Saunagus, Icebath and Breathwork sessions. We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our growing team and drive our business forward.

Job Overview: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, ensuring efficient processes, and driving the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong business acumen, excellent management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of 6 key employees and 25 facilitators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement necessary improvements.

  2. Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
    • Implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  3. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyzing key metrics to drive informed decision-making.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term strategic goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

  5. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

  6. Marketing and Sales:
    • Oversee marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in a startup or small business.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business management software (e.g., CRM).
