To strengthen our collaborative efforts and maintain high-quality standards in the Scandinavian building industry, we are looking for an open-minded and internationally-oriented engineer to join our team.

We are over 350 team members, working alongside our customers on some of Scandinavia’s most significant and innovative projects in building design. We are thrilled to have contributed to projects like The LEGO Project and other various challenging projects that support our growth in the market.

You will report to our Head of Section at the vibrant Chennai office for a two-year secondment where we already have 6 Danish and Norwegian engineers collaborating on exciting projects. Click here to discover some of their inspiring experiences with onsite cross-border collaboration.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. On top of that, you will:

  • Hold a degree in structural engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) with 2-10 years of relevant experience
  • Be skilled in designing structures and preparing structural documentation per SBi-anvisning 271 and BR18
  • Have experience with Autodesk Revit
  • Be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Possess the ability to mentor and collaborate with Indian colleagues, understanding and leveraging cultural differences
  • Be a strong, proactive, ambitious, and adaptable team player with great conflict resolution skills, who can also thrive in dynamic environments with deadlines

What we offer?
You will start with a six-month period in Denmark to learn our project execution methods. After this, you will embark on a two-year assignment at [xxxxx] India in our Chennai office, where you will receive comprehensive support for all aspects of your relocation. Once your assignment in Chennai is complete, you will return to one of our offices in Denmark to continue your career development.
