Our new ice cream shop/café, Elis Copenhagen, is seeking a head barista to join our front-of-house team.

The available position is for a Manager/Barista. We are looking for an individual with prior knowledge and experience in making quality coffee, as we are a specialty coffee shop. Experience in latte art is required. We seek someone for the long term, preferably with leadership experience, as they will eventually manage our front-of-house team. A good level of English is required.

In addition to this main position, we have a part-time position available for a Pastry Chef in the kitchen. Experience in making beautiful pastries, developing new recipes, and/or creating homemade ice cream/gelato cakes is essential.
