Your Position

Join our Renewables Division at [xxxxx] as part of the dedicated Product Line Team. We are committed to developing standardized yet flexible solutions for our Offshore Substation Product Line, pivotal for the green energy transition. With the world's largest offshore substation project portfolio, you will be part of a dynamic company poised for growth.

This full-time position is based in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, or Gdynia, with an expectation of 10-30 travel days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Engineer for HVAC & Mechanical, you will lead the development, implementation, and upkeep of our product offerings.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • Crafting HVAC & Mechanical products and solutions to meet future market demands.
  • Developing proposals that align with our architectural framework and client needs.
  • Collaborating with the Tender team to address customer requirements and our modular architecture.
  • Staying abreast of market trends to guide product enhancements and strategic direction.
  • Coordinating with Procurement to manage supply chains and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Creating and updating the product roadmap, incorporating new technologies and market insights.
  • Providing leadership and direction to development and execution teams.
  • Forging strong connections with sales, tender, project management, construction, and engineering teams.


Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for an HVAC or Mechanical professional with a product development background, ideally from an OEM or engineering firm. Your collaborative spirit and commercial acumen will thrive in our international setting. In addition, you are a proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset, analytical prowess, and a solution-oriented approach.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
  • Have hands-on experience with HVAC and Mechanical systems within the maritime sector.
  • Understand the critical nature of these systems.
  • Be adept in industrial layout design, 3D modelling, and estimating for HVAC and Mechanical components, preferably on offshore substations.
  • Be skilled in managing cross-system interfaces.
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
