We're looking for a Solutions Project Manager to manage and run technical and complex projects for and with our strategic enterprise accounts. You will be the glue that binds all stakeholders together - internally and externally - taking project lead on technical projects, all the way from project scoping to project evaluation, with the overarching goal of setting our customers up for success with the Playable platform.

This role is perfect if you are a technical project management professional looking to provide efficient solutions to both global enterprise accounts and national customers - and doing so in a growing SaaS (software as a service) scale-up. Working from our Aarhus office, you will report to the Head of Solutions & Services, working closely with the Solutions & Services unit, the Enterprise team, the Product unit and Customer Success unit.

As our Solutions Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and run technical projects, ensuring we craft the best solutions for our customers, taking both their needs and the limits of our platform into account.

You will support both pre- and post-sales processes. In pre-sales, you will support our Enterprise Sales team in scoping technical projects, and bring forward subject matter experts to answer questions and demonstrate product capabilities as needed. In post-sales, you will be managing and running technical projects that can last up to a full year.

The projects you will be managing and executing may include tailor-made solutions, integrating with CRM systems, email platform providers, in-app experiences, and various analytics tools and also building gamified activities on our platform that meets the required standards of Playable. The Playable platform has more than 40+ native integrations to work with, and we aspire to provide viable solutions to all our customers.

You will be the glue that binds internal and external stakeholders together, always making sure that both parties are in the know, and leaving nothing to chance. You are the project management professional that is required to guide and manage both regular and technical projects to successful completion, providing support and communicating in a timely manner.

    Ideally, our new colleague is a technical project management professional with the ability to take a project all the way from scope to evaluation. You are a communications professional, always making sure internal and external stakeholders are in the know. And last, but certainly not least, you have the technical expertise to ensure our solutions are viable to both customers and us.

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role, working at international enterprise level, and preferably from an agency, SaaS and/or MarTech company
  • Structured and experienced technical project manager with great business understanding across industries
  • Understanding of implementations, APIs and integrations (more the what and why than the how)
  • Understanding of tracking and analytics and how these connect with customers’ business objectives
  • Based in Aarhus and able to work from our office at least 3 days per week
  • Being able to take calls with international customers outside regular business hours (when needed - and we will provide the working hour flexibility needed to do so)
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Professional proficiency in Danish is a plus.
