Join us as our new Customer Supply Coordinator – Deploy, Novonesis

Are you passionate about facilitating timely and accurate order confirmation and supply of products to our customers, thereby supporting our aim to deliver an excellent customer experience? Then you might be our new Customer Supply Coordinator - Deploy.

As Customer Supply Coordinator - Deploy, you will be responsible for following up with relevant stakeholders for your product groups to ensure that product is ready for delivery to customers on time. You will be the link between the colleagues servicing our customers and the planning and production flow internally in Novonesis. As the internal voice of the customer, you will engage with stakeholders to optimize and ensure as smooth a product and information flow as possible – always looking at the processes from a holistic view and with the customer voice in mind. Together with your colleagues, you match customers’ needs with our supply chain solutions and deliver value to both customers and Novonesis.

Welcome to Customer Service & Logistics
You will be part of Novonesis’ Supply Chain organization and join a group of internationally focused colleagues to service our customers within Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Among your key daily tasks, you will find: Going through the backorder worklist and taking necessary actions together with stakeholder to ensure delivery on time. You will be part of solving problems and ensuring timely communication in the flow with the goal of ensuring superior service to our customers together with your colleagues. You will be in close dialogue with especially Scheduling, Planning, Global Product and Supply Coordination, Production and Quality Management.

The Deployer role is part of our Support Team and you will naturally be involved in various other tasks incl. process training of colleagues and the maintenance of process documentation. You will also be involved in minor projects along with the other teams and/or with our stakeholders to continually improve our ways of working.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Be the voice of the customer in the flow from production to warehouse
  
  
• Seeking and managing information from the value chain to ensure we ship our products on time
  
  
• Ensuring clear communication to your customer service colleagues to give customers a proactive and reliable ordering experience
  
  
• Being proactive, keeping focus until product is on shelves
  
  
• Showing dedication to improve process flows and remove flow stoppers together with relevant stakeholders
  
  

In this position you need to:

• Have experience with planning and coordinating product flows or maybe you are a recent graduate with strong data analysis and communication skills
  
  
• Hold a bachelors degree together with experience related to supply chain areas or process optimization
  
  
• Have strong process understanding as well as excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  
  
• Have experience with SAP ECC and APO is a clear advantage
  
  
• Understand Danish and be fluent in English both verbally and written
  
  
• Take initiative and demonstrate ownership
  
  
• Have a natural sense of urgency
  
  
• Be structured and detail oriented
  
  
• Possess strong networking skills to interact and problem solve with other parts of the organization
