As a Strategy Partner at [xxxxx], you will play a crucial role in navigating our dynamic and ever-changing environment. Your tasks will include thinking broadly to develop and implement strategies that anticipate and respond to industry shifts. You will be responsible for tackling complex problems head-on, providing innovative solutions, and adapting swiftly to new challenges. Collaborating closely with our Communications Partner, you will ensure cohesive and effective messaging throughout our strategic initiatives. Your ability to lead change and inspire new ideas will be key to driving our success and achieving our ambitious goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving strategic initiatives and processes across Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering.

Developing communication plans and materials to support strategy awareness and deployment across the organization.

Project managing business development/transformation projects across Aseptic Manufacturing, including organizational changes, new business areas, workshops, and solution developments.

Supporting department heads and CVP for the department with ad hoc tasks.

Please note, that this role is a global position that might require some number of travels. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

An Academic Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other relevant field combined with an extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.

Great stakeholder management skills as well as ability to navigate international and complex environments.

Strategic approach with the ability to predict new challenges and implement plans.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to turn decisions into action.

Professional proficiency in English.
