As the Audiology Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders in driving strategic audiological initiatives and ensuring implementation across our global business.

We are experiencing the benefits of implementing audiological initiatives across the business and are searching for an Audiology Project Manager to implement these strategic audiological projects across markets, support on analysis which will lead into key projects, prepare findings from across projects, build global-local capabilities while securing the connection between marketing, sales, and technology.

Your overall responsibility is to implement strategic audiological initiatives.

Being an Audiology Project Manager is an independent role. You will be supported by your manager Husmita Ratanjee-Vanmali, Head of Audiology, Audika, who was responsible for the journey from the very beginning and will be a close sparring partner for you in implementing the projects in each market.

Joining us your primary focus will be to:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with local and global stakeholders (leadership teams in audiology, sales, marketing and IT).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Implement quality assurance processes (accountability with local markets) to deliver projects on time and within budget and ensure follow-up with local markets on the implementation of projects.
  • Ensure right involvement and management of stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth change management process.
  • And of course, document the process.

All this you will be doing in adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Implementing strategic audiological initiatives is to change behavior. You will do this by engaging and with the guidance of the heads of audiologists, Sales Managers and General Managers in the local markets.

Your new job is in Smørum, but you will have travel activities 20-30 days a year to meet the markets firsthand. This we believe gives you the best foundation.

Are you our new colleague?


To be effective in this role, you have demonstrated implementing a couple of rollout plans from beginning to end concentrating on change of behavior in a global setup. The execution of the projects has been achieved in multiple markets.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in e.g. business administration, project management or a related field and are used to using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and ThinkCell. You are fluent in English.

High stakeholder management skills, managing expectations, engaging and maintaining positive relationships is the definition of you.

Smooth communication, cultural sensitivity and global mindset lies on your spine. You are a doer who excels in problem-solving, where you easily adapt to changing circumstances and can manage complexity.
