We are a team of more than 50 experienced UX specialists and generalists collaborate seamlessly across diverse platforms and interdisciplinary teams. Our mission is to partner with more than 1000 skilled engineers to identify and address customer pain points effectively, ensuring timely delivery of value to the market. We prioritise user experience excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to excel in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive User Research: Conduct thorough and insightful user research using a range of methodologies such as contextual inquiries, card sorting, diary studies, and A/B testing to uncover user needs specific to the logistics and supply chain domain.
  
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including logistics experts, product owners, process owners, and engineers, to integrate user research findings seamlessly into the development of digital solutions.
  
  
• Research Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities in the logistics domain, adapting approaches as needed for various stages of product development.
  
  
• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of logistics industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research, and apply relevant insights to enhance our research processes within the logistics and supply chain context.
  
  
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a centralized research repository, ensuring that valuable insights are easily accessible to all stakeholders in the logistics domain, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture.
  
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with logistics stakeholders to define and prioritize research questions, ensuring that research efforts align with business objectives and contribute to the success of logistics solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  
  
• Experience: Proven experience as a UX researcher, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful contributions to product development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain domain.
  
  
• Methodological Expertise: Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, with the ability to choose the most appropriate methods for different research questions in the logistics context.
  
  
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights within the logistics industry.
  
  
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate research findings to diverse stakeholders in the logistics and supply chain field.
  
  
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using usability testing platforms, survey tools and digital design excution tools.
  
  
• Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
