In this interesting role you will be a part of a cross functional team onboarding countries and will play a key role as trainer to onboard new countries, to (re-)train live countries in existing or new features.

You will ensure that all Local Trainers get a smooth transition of using the system in the new way of working, that they are equipped to train their peers.

Ideally you will be based in Copenhagen – but for the right candidate other European locations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
One of your main areas will be to ensure that the training process is carried out in a timely and proper manner in accordance with the guidelines and general training process defined for the implementation of Cargowise1 in the company.

You will ensure that all documents related to the training and implementation process are properly updated and visible to the entire Business Change team as well as Local Trainers or Super Users.

Other key tasks:

• Provide the necessary training to all end users and/or Local Trainers/Superusers in the areas/countries/stations corresponding to the global Cargowise1 implementation program
• Keep the entire training curriculum up-to-date and visible to the entire Business Change team as well as Local Trainers or Super Users
• Use/Create/Adjust and/or Update any necessary materials or documents to carry out proper training (PPT presentations, Smartsheets, Tests, Surveys, etc.)
• Report changes or additions to the training program in a timely manner
• Be part of the UAT testing stages that are requiered by country to guideline the Tech/IT staff on the system functionalities
• Equip and prepare local super users / trainers with methodology and tools to deliver local training.

Who are we looking for
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in multimodal operational logistics within the Freight Forwarder - experience in administrative and commercial areas desirable.

You have experience training end users/other trainers with a focus on the use of Cargowise One and its corresponding operational processes.

Furthermore you:

• Are tech savvy with experience of system testing and problem solving
• Have the capability to organize, run and deliver training, both in person and through virtual environments
• Are good at communicating with and influencing stakeholders
• Have a high level of English
• Are able to engage with different learning abilities, cultural backgrounds and skills across our global CX Execution teams
• Thrive in an environment of ambiguity and teamwork.
