As we expand our activities, we are looking for an engineer for our Power-to-X Test Center in Kgs. Lyngby. You will commission and carry out tests and data analysis on our new and existing equipment in lab- and bench-scale to support our development activities on our proprietary solid oxide electrolysis technology.Who we’re looking forIn R&D Operations, we configure, own, commission, and run test rigs. You probably have a flexible and adaptable approach as a generalist who knows about utilities and process. You will use your knowledge and experience with electrical, gas, ventilation, cooling, water treatment among other systems to make our state of the art test equipment work in our existing laboratories. Besides the daily operation, you will also be a key person for troubleshooting issues and work closely together with our development projects.You will have an important role in our test center in Lyngby, bridging the gap between our internal customers in the Power-to-X cell development project and our internal and external suppliers.

  • An automation, chemical, or marine engineering degree.
  • Familiarity with setting up lab or bench-scale R&D rigs, including understanding of automation and component performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good cooperation with other departments and team members.
  • A good understanding of safety procedures and the ability to contribute to a good safety culture.
  • The ability to navigate in a complex organization and work effectively with different stakeholders and teams.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems and make decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with using laboratory equipment and software.
