What you will do

As a Junior IT Specialist at Plecto, you will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of IT and software development. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.

You will play a crucial part in integrating and maintaining connections to third-party systems, enabling us to seamlessly retrieve our customers' data. You will become proficient in using our innovative platform, which relies on a graphical user interface for system integrations rather than traditional coding.

You will work on:

• Implementing and maintaining integrations to third-party systems.
• Learning and applying the fundamental principles of REST APIs.
• Collaborating closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Development teams.
• Troubleshooting integration issues and providing support to ensure smooth data retrieval.
• Handling and configuring workspace equipment such as computers, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Providing technical support to employees and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

We provide thorough training and onboarding to ensure you are well-equipped to handle these tasks.

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about IT, web, and software development. You should have:

• Completed a secondary education.
• A strong interest in IT and a basic understanding of how the internet works.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• The ability to take responsibility and work independently.
