As an Employer Brand Market Activation Lead, you act as a subject matter expert and advisor on employer branding strategy for key markets within the region, as well as tactics, tools, channels and vendors associated with the successful execution of talent attraction strategies. You help ensure that our employer brand is brought to life in a consistent, market fit and impactful manner across prioritised markets within a region. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Advise and support on localisation of global concepts for maximum relevance and impact within region/key markets
  • Advise and support on employer brand activation strategies and execution, including asset creation
  • Drive and safeguard quality and ROI of employer branding campaigns across the region, ensuring a data driven approach
  • Drive and safeguard consistency and high quality in job ads within region through frameworks and training
  • Contribute to efficient employer branding processes and ways of working, considering scalability and how we best maximise our business impact as global Centre or Excellence
  • Drive/support identification and onboarding of preferred vendors at regional/country level
  • In this role, you will have a lot of freedom to unleash and explore the full potential of our employer brand while being part of a passionate and diverse team.

    Qualifications
    To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Have min. 5-7 years of experience working with marketing, branding, communications in a regional context (preferably related to talent attraction)
  • Have experience with digital campaign management across geographies (from international marketing agency/consultancy or industrial company)
  • Ideally BA or other academic degree in business, marketing, branding, communications
  • As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. You have a high degree of cultural agility and an international mindset, and you speak and write English fluently, enabling you to manage stakeholders and work efficiently with colleagues across cultures. You approach tasks with structure, insights and a positive “can do” attitude, and you thrive in a context where it’s sometimes necessary to learn by doing.
