As Manager of our internal production QA team you will be a part of the management team in the Quality Assurance department, where you will lead by example and set the direction in close collaboration with the Senior manager and your dedicated co-workers. You will support your employees in their daily effort to solve tasks and challenges as well as making clear prioritisations. In close collaboration with other departments at our site, you will shape a working environment that empowers the employees to use and build their individual competencies and provide a high level of job excitement. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
  • have to be an engaging people leader
  • take pride in achieving excellent results through the people you lead
  • have at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • have a degree in engineering – bachelor, master or similar is recommended
  • are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation
  • have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • are fluent in English and Danish

About the department You will be a part of the Quality Assurance department and have a workday with a large degree of independence. You will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues both in your team and across the organisation. Our department consists of 20 employees (Engineers and semi-skilled workers) and are responsible for Quality oversight and Quality assurance of our internal packaging at Needle Manufacturing, as well as the QA release of all intermediates and finished products. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing QA which is overall responsible for Quality Assurance of the internal production of [xxxxx] Pen Needles.
