The position
As our new Intern, you will get a lot of experience working with both PAS-X and SAP as well as collaborating closely with our production managers and other colleagues for an efficient process.
Your key responsibilities will be included, but are not limited to :
  • Ensuring optimal planning of products in our inspection lines to get the most capacity out of our production lines
  • Participating in meetings with production managers twice a week to ensure close coordination
  • Planning in Excel tool supported by production system (PAS-X) and ERP system (SAP) Reporting and development of relevant KPIs for the process
  • Supporting and driving projects related to the supply chain
  • Practicalities:
  • Internship Period: 6 months (with a possibility to extend for an additional 6 months)
  • Working hours: 18-37 hours per week (with the flexibility within the exam period)
  • Start date: August 2024
  • Location: Bagsværd, Denmark
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows.
  • Full-time Danish work permit is required for non-EU students
  • Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.
    Qualifications
    You are a Student currently studying a Bachelor's or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, IT, Production Management/Engineering, or similar – the important thing is that you are curious about Supply Chain planning.
    To succeed in this role, you are:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish
  • It would be an advantage to have the below experience but not a requirement:
  • Experience with production systems such as SAP and PAS-X
  • Experience with BI tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau)

About the Department
    You will be part of IFP at Bagsværd, which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees producing diabetes and obesity products for patients around the world for both marketed and clinical use.
    You will be positioned in Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement. The team manages all operational and capacity planning, finance, and procurement partnering at the site. We are responsible for production planning, release coordination, and creating supply chain analysis for our filling- and inspection lines. The departments’ primary goal is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers, ensure that our tools for simulating capacity are continuously developed to reflect the factory’s constraints and ensure that we make the right strategic decisions regarding capacity.
