Then you could be the perfect fit for our Department Manager position to head “Security Partnering – Infrastructure & Tech” department. What will you be doing?
As a Head of Security Partnering - Infrastructure & Code you will lead and inspire a team of highly skilled functional and technical experts, collaborating on Novo Nordisk´s digital & data journey and advising infrastructure organisation on information security, and thus enabling a robust infrastructure that supports both the legacy needs of the organisation while also taking care of current and future opportunities. Your area will also be responsible to stay ahead of the curve and help to address [xxxxx]’s future technological needs for example Generative AI, Data Analytics etc.
Joining us, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategies and drive innovative initiatives. Your focus will lie on nurturing & developing the team and refining processes, playing a pivotal role in understanding, and fulfilling the organization's information security requirements. At the same time, you will be part of Global Information Security Advisory management team where we will work together in achieving our Organisation’s vision to keep [xxxxx] safe. Your key responsibilities include
  • Partner with and provide advisory to the Global IT Operation (Infrastructure) organisation regarding Information Security across diverse infrastructure layers, including Network, Cloud, Active Directory, and more
  • Evaluate and prepare security requirements for upcoming technological advancements such as Generative AI, Data Analytics, and others Set standards for controls from a security perspective for Cloud and other relevant infrastructure areas
  • Drive [xxxxx]’s Zero Trust journey alongside the Strategy office
  • Lead and execute various initiatives in collaboration with your team
  • Coach & support employee in achieving targets, manage workload and stress levels, and develop employees to align with [xxxxx]'s objectives.
  • Upholding and promoting the GIS culture and [xxxxx] way

  • Which competencies to bring?
  • Master’s degree , preferably in IT, Information Security or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing highly skilled specialists, ideally in information security or similar
  • Experience in information security consulting or advisory, preferably within Life Sciences
  • Experience working with teams and management across different global locations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to formulate business needs and develop business cases

  • As a person you are structured, detail-oriented, assertive, ambitious, and proactive. You have excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate in demanding stakeholder environment. About the Department
