As a director, you will play a crucial role as a strategic collaborator, providing a solid foundation for progressing business planning and strategic objectives, as well as aiding in strategy execution. Key responsibilities:
•Drive development, standardization, and execution of the strategy, business plans, and business goals both outwards and inwards. This includes driving and leading key strategic initiatives
•Manage, motivate, and develop employees in the department
•Drive, lead, and mature IT & digitalization portfolio management in DD&IT PS AM Business Support to ensure Technology foundation and Digital enablers supporting Aseptic Manufacturing
•Establish and drive innovation agenda DD&IT PS AM Business Support (design thinking, agile, and cLEAN®) and support implementation. This includes a competence center for Agile and cLEAN®
•Define and ensure reporting of operational metrics for running the business and achieving the strategic aspirations
•Oversee and support reaching Target Architecture and meeting current Security requirements
Additionally, the ability to lead teams, facilitate processes, and exhibit a proactive, supportive attitude is necessary. Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
•Leadership experience including good coaching skills and ability to motivate individuals and teams
•Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
•Great stakeholder management skills as well as ability to navigate international and complex environments
•Documented experience in execution and implementing plans in complex environments
•Master of Science or similar relevant education This role has a high impact and visibility that requires strong leadership, broad value chain knowledge, cross-cultural understanding, and excellent communication capabilities. Department overview

You will lead a team of engaged and ambitious specialists and professionals addressing everything from operational obligations to long term strategic projects. This you will do in collaboration with a broad stakeholder landscape in both a global and local setting. As a member of DD&IT PS AM Business Support Leadership Team you will take an active part and contribute holistically to the management and development of DD&IT PS AM Business Support.
