The position
The position covers QA oversight and support for Customer Complaints which is an area of approx. 80 number of complaint associates, which handles complaints and samples coming from affiliates world-wide where [xxxxx] sells its products. You will get to work close with two very skilled and knowledgeable QAs, on supporting the processes within Deviation handling & change requests but also be part of the many activities and projects that are running in further developing and scaling the Customer complaint area, to ensure that the processes are compliant and fit for growth.
You will be based mainly in Søborg but can also have meetings in Bagsværd, near Copenhagen.
Some responsibilities include:
  • Advise the area within [xxxxx] Quality Management System and external regulations.
  • Handle and approve deviations.
  • Handle and approve change requests.
  • Lead process confirmations.
  • Maintain overview of external requirements impacting the area.
  • Participate and contribute to audit and inspections.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead and/or participate in relevant quality projects.
  • The position requires efficient collaboration and communication with stakeholders from across [xxxxx], why good communication and stakeholder management skills are key to success.
    Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you need:
  • A Master’s degree within Pharmacy, Engineering or similar.
  • QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated areas is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of GXP requirements and/or ISO9000.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • On a personal level, you are self-motivated and pro-active. You have the ability and experience to influence and set direction. Flexibility is required to re-prioritize and adapt to change. You are passionate about process improvements About the department
    Digital Health & Staffs Quality consists of a group of engaged and motived QA specialists and Project Managers. We are QA for global Digital Health projects and solutions and act as a Digital Health Quality Competency Center for [xxxxx] world-wide. Additionally, we are QA for [xxxxx] Customer Complaints, Customer service and [xxxxx] Staff areas. We have the QA oversight for these processes and lead various strategic global projects and initiatives within Quality.
