The position
As QA professional, it is our overall responsibility to set direction for quality and compliance based on the ever-increasing demands of the authorities and requirements we comply with. Main responsibilities will include to:
  • ensure solutions that integrate quality and compliance with good optimizations in production
  • QA oversight during aseptic filling and release of products
  • review several types of documents related to batch documentation, validation and qualification among others
  • ensure that we get products out to our patients at the best quality and in a timely manner
  • QA oversight for a broad range of processes within formulation, wash and sterilization processes, filling, freeze-drying and visual inspection
  • We are in the production area every day which requires good cooperation and a solution-focused dialogue with both stakeholders and QA colleagues.

    When joining our team, you will undergo a structured and individual training program, and you can expect increasingly more responsibility. Subsequently, you will have an individual development plan to ensure continuous development and realization of your potential. The position is for the duration of two years as a substitute for an employee on maternity leave.
    Qualifications
    We are looking for candidates who are eager to use their strong quality mindset and great interpersonal skills to ensure products of the highest quality to serve our patients. To succeed in this role, you:
  • hold a masters’ degree in pharmacy, engineering, veterinary science, or similar
  • preferably have experience with aseptic filling from production or QA in the pharmaceutical industry
  • have good collaboration and communication skills
  • thrive in communicating clearly and effectively to stakeholders in a good tone, even when the message is not easy
  • are fully proficient in both English and Danish

    About the department Our department PS AM QA GE is quality support for all Aseptic production in Gentofte, where medicine is produced in a sterile environment for people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by assuring safe and high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The department are currently growing to support our production facilities located in Gentofte and consists of more than 70 highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. You will be a part of a department where behavioral targets are driving our culture and where setting direction for quality is driven through quality oversight and our ability to support and drive improvements. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities.
