Senior Data Analyst/ Scientist

The Position Future Operations – Digital and Tech is looking for the next addition to our technical team. As a Process Data Scientist, you will contribute to the development of descriptive, predictive solutions as well as process modelling to help us use the data insights for the benefit of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing production. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Identify opportunities where the use of data science can improve the existing practices/processes.

Support the process digitalization and automation initiatives of API.

Plan coordinate and execute projects where data visualisation, prediction model implementation and analytics can create value.

Contribute to the development of the Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) platform.

Drive continuous process improvement, share learnings, and best practices.

Qualifications To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, mathematical modelling, engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in a similar role as Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Proven experience in process optimization, python, ML and BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).

Fluent communication skills in English.

Experience in working with pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage. On a more personal level, you should have excellent communication and have high motivation and proactiveness. You should be able to mentor and guide more junior profiles or have the ambition to develop in that area. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also important in the position.
