The position As our new Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for financial management and controlling one of our production areas as well as driving and participating in our central strategic initiatives across the site. Your role is to support the management group in one of our facilities and you will be involved in a wide range of activities related to finance, performance management and strategy deployment to support business decisions. Examples of tasks are budgets, senior management information, business cases and controlling. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
  • Planning and driving processes across the Aseptic Manufacturing business units during budgeting, month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Optimizing processes and fostering data transparency to facilitate sound decision-making.
  • Contributing to the assessment and development of necessary processes and tools to enhance financial transparency and reporting capabilities.
  • Providing financial guidance to the organization and creating business materials for senior leadership, along with handling other ad hoc tasks.
  • Together with the management team in the business area and the Finance team you will have an important role in driving and continuously improving finance-related business processes and projects, linking finance with business operations across Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • A Master´s Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy, or relevant business analysis, business controlling or similar degree complemented by applied experience in a similar role. Accounting capabilities would be advantageous.
  • Experience in navigating in complex organizational structures in the context of a large company, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High level of capability within Excel and PowerPoint is expected, while knowledge within SAP or other major ERP systems and BI skills will be highly advantageous.
  • Full professional proficiency in English as it is the company language.
  • On a personal level, you are motivated by understanding and analysing data, and have a passion for solving financial issues. You demonstrate a continuous high level of responsibility regardless of the size and complexity of the task. About the department You will be a part of our Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Warehouse Operations. You will be positioned in Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement. The team manages all Operational Planning, Procurement and Finance Partnering at the site. This includes driving process excellence, optimal resource allocation, delivering insights and actions based on the available data and being a proactive partner to the organisation by ensuring they have the transparency and tools necessary to achieve low unit cost in both short and long term. You will join a diverse and high-performing team between 8-10 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our varying experience to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions which ensures continuous improvement and development of the processes and the organisation.
