The position As a Training Professional, you will work closely together with the Process Managers in the department to ensure optimal training and act as an anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our current training setup. You will provide analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions that meet training needs and address business problems while ensuring compliance with training requirements. You will also be the go-to person for training-related questions in the department and in the CVP area. The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Collaborate with Process Managers to identify training needs.
  • Develop effective corporate training with focus on the organizations' needs and with end-users in mind.
  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner for the management group and proactively taking initiative to address business needs related to training.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, utilizing a data-driven approach to assess challenges and evaluate impact.
  • Go-to person for training-related questions in the department and the CVP area

  • Qualifications To succeed in the role as Training Professional, you:
  • Have Bachelor’s degree within relevant field
  • Have experience of designing, developing, and implementing training at corporate level
  • Have solid administrative experience
  • Have in-depth knowledge of different training and learning principles
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organization
  • Have good presentation skills and the ability to visualize content in an appropriate way
  • Are fluent in English
  • Having prior experience within pharmaceutical industry would be a plus. On a personal level, you are robust, structured, a self-starter and a great collaborator always having a positive go-can-do attitude. About the department Quality Processes, a part of [xxxxx] Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality management processes and their supporting IT systems in [xxxxx]. We are responsible for ensuring that our processes comply with the regulatory requirements, and that they operate as smoothly as possible. Our ambition is to develop and operate a robust and simple Quality Management System, that can support [xxxxx] in maintaining world class quality in the future. You will work with 12 committed team members and will report to the Senior Manager in QMS Operations. The position is anchored in Bagsværd, but in close collaboration with stakeholders from all around the world.
