We are looking for a new LEAN Partner for our production site, Device Component Manufacturing (DCM), who can help us continue to develop our overall LEAN maturity. The Position As LEAN Partner, your role is to ensure a continuous development of our overall LEAN maturity at the site by helping our production and support organization to always operate with a LEAN mindset. We engage with managers, operators, and supporters at all levels to keep focus on delivering on what creates value for the site, but most importantly for our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver input to LEAN solutions to sole business challenges and focus areas for process improvements.
  • Develop new systems for our current cLEAN tools and support implementation with support from senior colleagues (I.e. Performance board, Process Confirmation etc.)
  • Support the implementation of LEAN Supply System.
  • Drive/Facilitating systematic problem-solving workshops.
  • Deliver training on LEAN systems and tools as part of our [xxxxx] cLEAN® Academy (you will be trained at Novo Nordisk's cLEAN Academy). Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold an academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of the LEAN principles and tools (A3, VSM, 5S etc.)
  • It is not a prerequisite to have experience working with LEAN Manufacturing concepts, but would be an advantage.
  • Hold 0-3 years of working experience.
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • It will be considered an advantage if you are proficient in Danish. As a person, you have excellent relationship building skills and a positive attitude. You are curious and interested in understanding complex processes and consider multiple perspectives. You flourish in an environment with numerous stakeholders, you actively immerse yourself in the dynamics of the line of business, as well as finding fulfilment in being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda. About the Department DCM is a dynamic and constantly evolving production site located in Hillerød. Responsible for the manufacturing of plastic components and devices for all [xxxxx] production sites, we are currently employing more than 700 employees and continuously growing. You will be an integral part of our Business Support department, which is responsible for LEAN, Training, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Facility, IT, Digitalization & Automation support.
