Right now, we are looking for an Associate Manager for Circular Factory & Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to join [xxxxx] Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Hillerød, which is the workplace for more than 1300 dedicated [xxxxx] employees. Here we launch the newest products and produce our blockbusters! The position The Circular Factory & EHS team holds 10 experienced and competent employees united around a shared purpose. You will lead and coach the team in succeeding with day-to-day tasks as well as setting the long-term strategic direction. Furthermore, you will actively participate in global EHS network groups, where you have the opportunity to learn, get inspired and contribute with your know-how across sites. You and the team will be the EHS voice on the site, where you will be involved in projects, processes, business cases and strategic considerations. In other words, you are expected to be visible and create followship to the Circular and EHS agenda. The main tasks will be to:
  • Drive the Circular for Zero Strategy.
  • Co-create a zero-accident workplace with focus on safety awareness, problem solving and training as well as the best possible physical and psychosocial work environment.
  • Comply with internal and external requirements for example fire and construction safety.
  • Apply Business intelligence tools to create data transparency and efficient performance management.
  • Act as a strategic partner towards management to support the above.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within pharmacy, engineering or similar.
  • Some years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Leadership experience combined with some knowledge of circular economies and some experience with EHS.
  • Proficiency in English, in speech as well as in writing. Danish is an advantage not a requirement.
  • As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative, and thrive in a challenging, fast environment that is full of ambitious people. You have excellent implementation skills, and in your mind no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on. You are deeply passionate about the fight against climate changes and improving Health and Safety for our employees. You use your excellent cooperation skills when you manage your stakeholders both in- and externally to ensure reaching solutions that will meet both requirements and stakeholder interests. You are well-organized, independent and have a flexible but firm approach. About the department The position as Associate Manager for Circular Factory & EHS is placed in Production Support in IFP Hillerød, which is a part of the global production division Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). In Production Support we are approx. 100 highly qualified employees with different backgrounds and a common purpose to support the production and implement [xxxxx] strategies in IFP Hillerød, which we proudly call the “Factory of the Future”.
