What will you be doing?
Imagine being on the frontlines of both project and operational phases, implementing, orchestrating, and enhancing the way we assure quality and exceed compliance standards. As our QC Specialist, you'll dive into exciting tasks such as crafting implementation plans and reports, driving design reviews, strategizing tests, and leading the execution.
We're on an exciting journey in QC, offering a unique opportunity to not just join, but shape and mature the whole GITO-PI area. You'll work hands-on with improving qualification processes and vendor relations, strategically influencing the quality of our product teams' output.
The role offers a variety of tasks, but an example of key responsibilities could include:

Shape and guide SOP updates for qualifications, handle changes, and deviations.

Collaborate with key team members on documenting and maintaining instructions.

Support product teams through audits and inspections, ensuring resolution of findings.

Foster knowledge sharing on qualification and documentation best practices within IT Infrastructure, occasionally serving as a project coordinator when necessary.

Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field

At least 3 years of experience working with IT qualification or validation in a regulated environment preferably in the IT infrastructure area.

Knowledge of GAMP 5, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11

Several years of experience working with IT service management processes and tools

Fluency in written and spoken English.

As a person you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, supported by ability to work independently and pro-actively. You also present interest in optimizing qualification processes and a passion for knowledge sharing to help upskill your colleagues on GxP The team waiting for you
