Associate Project Manager - Sustainability

The Position As an Associate Project Manager – Sustainability you will join a team of 8-10 talented and ambitious project/sustainability managers with consulting and/or procurement backgrounds, responsible for driving and further developing Novo Nordisk’s ESG agenda towards the supply chain. A global, high impact project at the top of the Global Procurement organisation’s agenda. Key responsabilities:

Drive initiatives related to the [xxxxx] environmental strategy – Circular for Zero, working together with our global procurement organisation to secure sustainable supply from our global supply base.

Be supporting on various activities including supplier negotiations, implementing emission reduction initiatives, and implementing a sustainable supplier maturity framework.

Qualifications We are looking for someone with project manager experience (at least 1-2 years) with knowledge of sustainability especially Net Zero. Experience within procurement or supply chain is a plus. In addition to that, you:

Have completed a Master's Degree (e.g. in sustainability, business administration, environmental mgmt., engineering, supply chain management or similar) with excellent results.

Are data-driven in your approach, recommendations and decision-making while you define relevant and transparent targets, as well as have excellent interpersonal skills, a flair for stakeholder interactions and for motivating others

Are pragmatic and results-oriented: good at keeping focus and executing to meet the targets

Are a strong communicator and collaborator with a can-do approach

Must be fluent in both oral and written English (including on CV)
