Quality Professional in Aseptic Production

Are you interested in joining a recently formed team consisting of 11 colleagues? We seek a professional to support the team and our quality department for aseptic production. You will be a part of a group hiring with a well-planned training boot camp to ensure a smooth onboarding to GMP, system and processes with a high opportunity to influence the team culture and spirit.
The position
As a Quality Professional at [xxxxx], you will support our production and QA departments in achieving and maintaining the "license to operate" by setting direction within GMP and Compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Approval of batch documentation, trend reports, deviations, change requests, validation documents, and SOP updates.
  • Performing QA presence in the production and engaging in Go-look-see in connection with problem-solving.
  • Participation in smaller and larger projects.
  • Acting as a partner for production when there are questions about quality and compliance.

    To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for a dedicated colleague with strong collaboration skills, capable of working independently and within teams.
    The qualifications we are seeking include:
  • A master's degree in pharmacy, engineering, biology, or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Danish and English - oral and written.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

  • As a person you are proactive, meeting deadlines and taking responsibility for your tasks. Your structured approach allows you to maintain clarity, even in a fast-paced, changing environment. You are detail oriented and thorough and ask curious questions. Your positive attitude and sense of humor contribute to a productive work environment.

    About the department
    At Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QA Hillerød we are responsible for quality assurance of the Aseptic and Finished Production. The department is developing rapidly, and you will be part of a newly established team in a department of +80 dedicated and engaged employees. The team is one of four teams in the department responsible for QA for the aseptic production. There is a strong collaboration between the teams, ensuring flexibility and the development of competencies. We can offer you an exciting and challenging job with committed colleagues.
