As the Corporate Vice President of Needle Manufacturing at , you will have the following responsibilities:
• Oversee the production of pen needles and ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
