The Position
You will be part of our skilled support team working with all processes needed for aseptic production. This means, that you will get a unique chance to learn aseptic medicinal production from a holistic perspective. As a supporter in our filling team your primary tasks will be to support the operators during/in production. You will be successful by being visible and having good relations with the production and by having a go-look-see approach in your support for the production. This means that you will be performing the following tasks: • Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence.
• Ensure that the department follows cGMP and ISO9001
• Ensure that batch documentation from fill follow the release flow and participate in validation and planning of relevant documents.
• Write and update SOP’s
• Support Batch review and continuous optimization Moreover, you will participate in continuous improvements in production, and manage systematic problem solving. Qualifications To be considered for this position you have:
• You are a pharmacist, bio-engineer, micro-biologist or have a similar relevant educational background.
• Experience from a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering
• Knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behaviour is considered a strong advantage.
• You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them
• Proficiency in both English and Danish, written as well as spoken. You should be able to present your area during inspections in both English and Danish As you will be collaborating with many people at all levels, it is expected that you are good at creating relationships and can communicate complex issues in an easy and comprehensible way. You are responsible and systematic, and you know how to maintain an overview. You can see the organization as a whole, and you are willing to support when needed. You adapt to changes easily and perceive changes as new opportunities. About the Department You will become part of a department where we take pride in the quality of our work as well as our engaging and inclusive work culture. You will be a part of a filling department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department consist of app. highly engaged employees divided in 8 different teams. The factory works with the following processes: Washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze drying, inspection and release of products.
The filling support team consists of 16 sharp minds with various educational backgrounds and fields of expertise. The team has a great focus on developing each other, where sparring and coordination provides the foundation for growth both for our processes and individually.
