The Position As a Marine Engineer, you will work closely with the 9 craftsmen in the team ensuring that the operation and maintenance of our 3 packaging lines are stable, with a focus on quality. Your main points of contact are the craftsmen, technical support, operators, and other colleagues. We make certain that our packaging lines operate in the best possible way. This is accomplished, in part, through troubleshooting. In the future, we will also take over our spare parts warehouse. The main tasks will be to:
• Overview and plan our maintenance.
• Prepare root cause analyses.
• Provide systematic problem-solving (A3) in connection with equipment failures.
• Delve into data on equipment failures and, working closely with the craftsmen and technical support team, schedule the replacement or repair of the equipment. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or a similar field.
• Good understanding of GMP and ISO regulations.
• Professional understanding of the operation and maintenance of packaging lines, which is considered a plus.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, which is also considered a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

About the department The department 114 (MFP KA Packaging) is located in Kalundborg and the 91 engaged employees ensure that our packaging lines are manufacturing glucagon and haemophilia products, ready for shipment to our patients around the world.

You will be a part of our packaging technical operation team of 9 colleagues - craftmen. As a team, we have a strong team spirit to help each other and at the same time work across the organisation to create best possible results.
