As our new Intern, you will join our IT & Automation PMO in the global Fill & Finish Expansions program, where you will help develop creative, engaging & visually convincing communication assets for our global stakeholders across sites and geographies. You also support the PMO Organisational Change Lead and take part in our OCM community, where we drive change management activities.
Your main responsibilities are included, but not limited to:
  • Coordinating the branding activities and organizing meetings
  • Designing visually convincing & appealing communication assets such as PowerPoint presentations, video scripting, and editing
  • Updating SharePoint, and facilitating virtual and hybrid events
  • Maintaining our communications plan and keeping all activities planned and prioritised
  • Practicalities:
  • Internship Period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week (with the flexibility within the exam period)
  • Start date: 15 August or 1 September 2024
  • Location: Lyngby, Denmark
  • Internships are remunerated if your education track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
  • Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Qualifications You are currently studying for your Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication, Visual Communication & Design, Journalism, or another relevant field. We are looking for an Intern who is passionate about Visual Communication and believes that even the most technical thing can be communicated & clearly.
    To succeed in this role, you need:
  • A high-quality and service-minded approach
  • A can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
  • Ability to manage several tasks in parallel with supervision
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • Preference (nice to have):
  • Experience with video production or web page maintenance
  • Experience in designing PowerPoint presentations and writing clear and targeted texts
  • As a person, you thrive in a busy environment, make an extra effort, and bring a healthy sense of humour to your work. You are confident in translating and transforming project plans, deadlines, and practical information into desirable and inviting communication and messages. With the dynamic workload, you are curious and willing to develop your own learning pathway. About the department

    Our IT & Automation PMO team in the global FFEx program is responsible for preparing the organization for new IT & Automation solutions by conducting a range of change management activities and by providing clear, bundled, and targeted communication about IT & Automation - making sure that all stakeholders feel well informed to the exact level they need.
