The position The Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Expansions QA department in Hillerød is in search of a competent candidate to take on the role of administrative coordinator for a significant building project. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for someone with exceptional communication, coordination, and service skills, as well as the ability to manage various tasks, activities, and events independently and professionally. Additionally, there will be the option to work remotely on occasion. Your main tasks will be: • Work closely with the department manager and assistant group in Investment Portfolio Quality Assurance (IP QA) area
• Support the manager with management tasks, including presentation preparation, coordination activities, budget planning and follow-up, and various PA tasks
• Drive structured onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they feel welcome to the team, project, and [xxxxx]
• Be part of the assistant group network in IP QA and ensure alignment of various administrative strategic tasks across the area Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • You have solid presentation and communication skills
• You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
• You have a high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a positive can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. You possess strong abilities in managing administrative processes and organizing tasks. It is essential that you can prioritize your own tasks, work independently, and anticipate future needs. You must be able to adapt quickly to new situations in a constantly evolving environment and have the capacity to make independent decisions and set direction at a high level. About the department The Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Expansions QA department at 25L currently has 10 employees and is expanding. The department is responsible for participating in production facility investment projects to ensure compliance, timely approval, and the establishment of a solid foundation for the smooth operation of our new facilities.
