As a Director for Business Integration, you will head up the ET Business Integration team consisting primarily of senior project managers and project directors responsible for running due diligences and integrations of brownfields in the Emerging Technology area. You will be accountable for the daily operation and setting the strategic direction of business integration in ET. Your responsibilities will include:

Engage with senior company stakeholders, driving deal sourcing and due diligence, leading to final recommendations

Oversee due diligence and integration projects within the Emerging Technologies SVP area, ensuring seamless integration of acquisitions into Novo Nordisk and Emerging Technologies

Develop strategies impacting Emerging Technologies, setting objectives with significant functional impact

Manage the efficient operation of the Emerging Technologies Business Integration team

Please note that this is a global position, and it requires some number of travels. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

MSc. Degree in Natural Sciences, engineering, business, or related field

A strong managerial background, preferably with some years of management experience – you are a leader by nature

Strong business understanding of R&D and Product Supply processes

Strong experience in leadership of a diverse group and individuals in a complex and challenging environment

Professional proficiency in English

On a personal level, your adept understanding of business dynamics in Product Supply positions you to effectively lead the team. Your proficiency in change management ensures smooth transitions, while your delegation strategy empowers managers while maintaining accountability for performance outcomes. You are dedicated to fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement. Emerging Technologies Business Integration is part of the Emerging Technologies Business Development & Support department (ET BDS) located in Maaloev, Denmark (from the 1st of September in Hoeje Taastrup). With a team of +100 dedicated professionals we support, develop, and interlink the SVP area Emerging Technologies to reach our long-term vision.
